Responsible Organisations’ Management for Sustainable Transitions (ROMST)

Six Higher Education Institutions from EU and non-EU countries and one well-established thematic association have united to strengthen academic cooperation and jointly design a high-level Master’s programme in responsible and sustainable management.

The project aims to respond to the challenges of ecological, social, and digital transitions by integrating leadership, ethics, sustainability, and innovation into a coherent European educational framework. ROMST focuses on preparing future leaders capable of managing organisations responsibly in complex and rapidly changing environments.
