We all recognize the benefits of continuous education. Good training makes workers more efficient – they increase production, revenues, and profits. At the same time, they decrease costs, waste, and inefficiencies. If designed and carried out properly, training lead to a happier more satisfied and engaged workforce, which in turn reduces turnover. However, the training must be planned well so that the training is effective and ROI maximised.
We suggest the following three steps:
1. Perform a good and quality training needs assessment
It is crucial and most important to perform a good and quality training needs assessment.
2. Create a list of learning objectives
A list of things the workers must be able to do after the training is completed.
3. Build your own training
Choose the program(s) that best suit(s) your needs. You can choose only one, or make the combination of several of them, according to your training needs.
