Project Task Group

The Project Task Group (PTG) includes the director and the group of individuals who are representatives of the EUMMAS Academic Consortium member institutions. Good planning and proper collaboration of a project’s team members inevitably lead to successful project management. The Group is responsible for monitoring calls and proposals and acting promptly, developing a project application, managing deliverables according to the plan, recruiting and engaging project staff, determining the methodology used on the project, establishing a project schedule for each of its phase, contributing to overall project objectives, providing expertise, documenting the process and reporting, etc.

We strongly encourage institutions and their researchers, businesses, and innovators to join the Group and work together for the mutual benefit of all our entities.
