Center for Human Resource Management (CHRM) is becoming a recognized center of excellence in HR education, research, and practice. We have developed a strong and reputable network of executives, faculty, and students who work together to create value for industries and the field. CHRM provides a platform for innovative research and training and builds bridges between science and practice. 

CHRM focuses on supporting Ph.D. students and young researchers, developing and implementing training programs for the industry, and offering consulting activities for managers and leaders, etc. The mission of the Center is to facilitate networking among human resource professionals to establish and transfer best practices that support the advancement of human resources as a business discipline.
